Worklocker - Black Friday 2025 Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The Worklocker Black Friday Promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 12:00 AM AEDT on 28 November 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 1 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to:

• Australian residents aged 18 years or older; and
• customers who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period at a participating Worklocker store or on the official Worklocker website.

The following are not eligible:

• Employees of the Promoter, its franchise partners, or their immediate families
• Agencies associated with this Promotion

2.1 Participating Stores

This Promotion is valid only at the following Worklocker stores:

3. How to Participate

Customers will receive a Worklocker Promotional Voucher (“Voucher”) when they make a single qualifying transaction during the Promotion Period.

Voucher Tiers

• Spend $200+ → $30 Voucher
• Spend $300+ → $50 Voucher
• Spend $400+ → $80 Voucher
• Spend $600+ → $150 Voucher

Rules & Clarifications

• Voucher tiers are not cumulative.
• One (1) Voucher is issued per qualifying transaction.
• Spend is calculated after discounts, before freight (online).
• Trade Account / Invoiced Account purchases do not qualify.
• Lay-bys, backorders, and rainchecks are excluded.

4. Voucher Issuing Conditions

• In-Store Purchases: A physical Voucher will be issued at the point of sale. The invoice number must be written on the Voucher for verification.
• Online Purchases: A digital Voucher will be sent via email within three (3) business days of a qualifying purchase.
• Tracking & Security: Each Voucher will include an invoice number to verify eligibility. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or altered.

5. Voucher Redemption Conditions

Validity Period

Vouchers can be redeemed from 2 December 2025 until 31 January 2026, inclusive. No extensions will be provided.

Restrictions & Exclusions

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for:
• School Wear
• Trade Account purchases
• Gift cards
• Store credit
• Any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive
• Multiple transactions (single-use only)

Where Vouchers Can Be Redeemed

• In-store Vouchers: Only at the store that issued the Voucher
• Digital Vouchers: Only on worklocker.com.au

Verification

Customers must present the original Voucher. Vouchers that are illegible, photocopied, altered, or fraudulent will not be accepted.

6. Worklocker Store Obligations

This is an authorised national marketing promotion, and all participating Worklocker stores must:

• Honour the Promotion exactly as stated
• Issue and redeem Vouchers in accordance with these Terms
• Follow the exclusions and validity dates
• Use approved voucher templates and POS materials
• Not add, change, decline, extend, or override the offer

7. General Terms

The Promoter may verify any transaction associated with this Promotion. The Promoter may refuse to issue or redeem a Voucher if:

• The transaction is ineligible
• Fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected
• Voucher details do not match the issuing store or invoice

8. Privacy

Personal information collected for the Promotion will be used solely for fulfilment and administration. Information will be handled in accordance with the Worklocker Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Promotion

The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise, and only where required under applicable regulatory requirements.

1. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 10.12.2025 and closes at 22.12.2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3. How to Enter

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @Worklocker_Australia within three (3) business days of the draw.

The winner will be published on the Worklocker website and social media only if consent is provided.

7. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

8. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or provides false information.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for direct marketing by the promoter, unless the entrant opts out.

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the Free Logo Digitisation & Set Up promotion (“Promotion”). By redeeming this offer, customers agree to be bound by the following T&Cs.

1. Promoter

2. Offer Details

3. Redemption Period

4. Redemption Conditions

• A minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 garments per project applies.

• This offer cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or any other products or services outside of embroidery or screen printing.
• Coupon must be surrendered at time of redemption. Photocopies, scanned images, or digital reproductions will not be accepted.

5. Limitations

• Only one coupon can be redeemed per customer/project.
• This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
• Offer applies to new logo set-ups only. Existing digitised or set-up files are not eligible.
• If a project requires digitisation or set-up services valued at more than $70, the excess amount will be payable by the customer.

6. Exclusions

• This Promotion is not valid for online purchases.
• The Promotion does not cover artwork creation, logo design, or significant modifications to customer-supplied artwork files.

7. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any delay in processing or turnaround times once artwork is submitted.
• The Promoter is not liable for technical errors, misprints, or inaccuracies in customer-supplied artwork.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct and high-resolution artwork files that meet the Promoter’s requirements.

8. Right to Amend

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion, including these T&Cs, at any time without notice if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make this necessary.

Jet Into Summer – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 17 September 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 22 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Residents of Western Australia (WA) are excluded from entry.

3. How to Enter

• Spend $99 or more in a single transaction at any participating Worklocker store (excluding WA) during the Promotion Period.

4. Prizes

5. Prize Draw

6. Prize Conditions

• The major prize includes registration and delivery but excludes insurance.
• Gift vouchers are valid for in-store purchases only, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.

7. Verification

Jet Into Summer $50 Voucher – Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Value

Each voucher has a face value of $50 AUD and may be redeemed toward eligible purchases at any participating Worklocker store across Australia.

2. Promotional Nature

These vouchers are issued free of charge as part of the Jet Into Summer promotional campaign and are not gift cards purchased for value. Accordingly, they are exempt from the 3-year minimum expiry period that applies to purchased gift cards under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Validity Period

• Vouchers are valid until 30 December 2025.
• The expiry date will be clearly printed on each voucher.
• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, and no extensions will be granted.
• No expiry fees or service charges apply.

4. Redemption Conditions

• Single use only — the full voucher value must be used in one transaction.
• No change or credit will be issued for unused value.
• If the purchase total exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by the customer.
• Vouchers are redeemable for online and in-store purchases at participating Worklocker locations.

5. Exclusions

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
• Lost, stolen, defaced, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
• Vouchers cannot be resold or exchanged for value or credit.

6. Eligibility & Verification

• Vouchers are issued to eligible entrants of the Jet Into Summer campaign.
• Worklocker may require proof of identity and/or the original purchase receipt associated with the promotional entry.
• Worklocker reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any voucher and refuse redemption if fraud, duplication, or misuse is suspected.

7. Non-Transferable Use

Vouchers are intended for the original recipient of the promotion and must not be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged commercially.

8. Participating Stores

Vouchers may only be redeemed at participating Worklocker stores listed at worklocker.com.au/pages/simple-store-finder. Participation may vary by location.

9. Amendment Clause
