Shipping and Returns
 
Orders of $250 of more will receive free delivery.
 
For all orders under $250 a flat rate of $10 delivery fee will be charged for orders from within Australia. Contact Us for a quote on international delivery.
 
Delivery times are 3-5 business days from the time of order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking notification email directly from Australia Post.
 
*Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.
 
Lost or damaged goods
 
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within seven working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
 
Faulty product
 
Worklocker takes great care to ensure our products are exceptional quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault, please Contact Us within seven working days of placing your order so that we may assist you. Worklocker will cover all costs associated with returned faulty goods.
 
Returns, exchanges and refunds
 
Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt.
 
Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made via the post.
 
Refunds will be processed using the original payment type. EFTPOS / credit card refunds must be processed against the original card details.
 
Sale items are subject to the same returns policy.
 
If you have requested a refund for your online order, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
 
If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
 
As Worklocker is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
 
In person
 
Present your online invoice at any Worklocker retail store within 14 days of order receipt.
